HAMHOKO-DUMHOKO

"HAM HOKO-DUM HOKO " are actually SPIRIT of  dead ancestors of a HO family . It is believed They protect HO'S from evil power . It is believed in HO'S that after death of a man or women , spirit lived with that FAMILY . It is believed that they protect GRAINS, PET  ANIMALS .They are placed in a ADING , After a ritual KEYA -ADER . Ading is actually a kitchen room of a family where HAM HOKO- DUM HO KO resides. It is believed a HOLY place. Only member of that family can enter , even neighbors are not allowed to enter in side ADING . A member can enter inside after washing his hand and leg. Whenever a man or women starts eating the very first part is given to  HAM HOKO-DUM HOKO over earth, chanting " mara he HAM HOKO-DUM HOKO bugi te rika lepa , apeya lagid jometeya le oma pe tana " . Every HO member have deep faith over HAM HOKO-DUM HOKO .
